Proactive Patrol Leads to Knife Seizure and Safer Streets in Harrow Road

Dear Resident of the Harrow Road ward,

Officers were conducting a routine late-shift patrol in the Harrow Road Ward when they encountered a suspect who subsequently made off on foot. A foot chase was initiated; however, the suspect managed to evade officers. During the pursuit, the suspect discarded a pocket knife. Officers successfully recovered the knife, which was seized and booked into evidence. The Harrow Road Safer Neighbourhood Team's proactive patrols on this occasion contributed to removing another knife from the streets and enhancing community safety.
